About the Course:

This 4-week hands-on course guides you through the entire process of contemporary sculptural casting. You will design and sculpt a form, create your own custom silicone mold, reinforce and prepare it for casting, work with premium sculptural materials such as epoxy resin, concrete, marble powder, or solid silicone, and complete the process with professional finishing techniques.

You’ll leave the course with a unique, gallery-worthy object — something you created entirely yourself.

Design your sculpture, sculpt the base form, and create a flexible silicone mold around your model.
2. Reinforce & Prepare
Build a support shell (mother mold) to strengthen your silicone form and prepare it for casting with professional techniques.
3. Cast Your Sculpture
Choose from concrete, marble powder, epoxy resin, or solid silicone, and learn how to mix, tint, and pour. Understand casting behavior and surface control.
4. Finish & Refine
Clean and refine the final sculpture. Apply optional techniques like sanding, lacquering, or minimal painting — depending on your material and artistic vision.

This hands-on workshop is a practical introduction to desktop 3D printing. You’ll learn the full process of preparing a model for print, setting up and using a 3D printer, and understanding how to turn a digital object into a physical creation.

You’ll be working directly with two functioning printers, slicing software, and real models — ideal for artists, designers, or anyone curious about digital fabrication.

What You’ll Learn:
